L'Rosh is a small, independently-run skincare brand. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you use this site or place an order, and the basic terms of buying from us.

We don't collect payment card details directly — bank transfers are made straight to our account, and you send us a screenshot for confirmation. We never see or store your banking credentials.
We use your information only to process and deliver your order, confirm payment, and respond to your questions. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
This site uses your browser's local storage (not cookies) to remember your cart, wishlist, and dark/light mode preference. This data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers — it's simply there so your cart doesn't empty out if you refresh the page.
Order and contact forms on this site are processed through Formspree, a third-party form-to-email service, so that your message reaches our inbox. We also use WhatsApp for order confirmations and support, subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
