Our Story

L'Rosh began with a straightforward frustration: too many skincare products promised results they couldn't back up, packed with fillers and fragrances that did more harm than good. We set out to change that — building formulas from the ingredient up, with dermatologist-informed concentrations of actives like Vitamin C, Niacinamide, and Hyaluronic Acid.

Today, L'Rosh serves customers across Pakistan who are looking for skincare that actually works — cleansers, serums, and moisturizers designed for real skin, real concerns, and real routines. Every product is tested, refined, and reformulated until it earns a place in our own daily routine before it ever reaches yours.

We're a small, independent team — which means every order, every message, and every piece of feedback reaches us directly. That's not a limitation; it's the whole point.

In 2021, a friend and I started experimenting in a small kitchen setup — our very first product was a shampoo. We used it on ourselves before we let anyone else near it, tweaking the formula until it actually did what we wanted it to do. Once we were happy with it, our families tried it next, and their approval meant more to us than any review could.

Word spread slowly, the way it does with something people genuinely like — friends started asking where they could buy it, then family members started placing orders. That's really what pushed us to keep going. We added a face wash next, then a serum, then a moisturizer, each one built the same way: formulated, tested on ourselves, refined, and only released once we trusted it enough to use every day.

Somewhere along the way it stopped feeling like a side project and started feeling like something worth putting a name to. So we launched it properly, as L'Rosh — skincare made the same honest way it always has been, just with a lot more testing and a little more polish. We're still a small team, and every order that comes in still means as much to us as that very first one did.
